The owners wanted to add a new front porch and expand the playroom upstairs above the porch on the front of the house; on the rear of the house we added a new mudroom, laundry, powder room, pantry, large vaulted pavilion and a two story garage with a guest room on the second floor. In the existing house, the kitchen and principal bath were completely remodeled, a wall removed between the kitchen and family room and the family room was expanded to the rear 5’ with new glass doors across the entire rear wall of the family room.
